These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MyLifeSaved website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by MyLifeSaved, LLC. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload or submit. You grant MyLifeSaved a limited license to host, store, process, and display User Content solely to operate and provide the Services and as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes; attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks; interfere with or disrupt the Services; or upload content that infringes another party's intellectual property or privacy rights.

6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

Certain features require a paid subscription. You agree to pay applicable fees and taxes. Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. MyLifeSaved may provide refunds in limited circumstances (e.g., billing errors, duplicate charges). Refunds are not provided for partial periods or failure to cancel before renewal.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, pose a security risk, or as required by law.
